Lee here in Winnipeg.
Tried to build the Sensor for Bob, but couldn't figure out how.
Might try animating a single sequence for playing while the Robot tells you what to do. Then old guys like me can play, too...

Start by looking for teams that have already done things similar in some regards to what you want to do. If it is in education, look for both academic team members and commercial developers.
Prototypes are ok with an early small tea...
