About My Involvement With Serious Games:

I worked as Business Development Manager at PIXELearning for two years. At PIXELearning I became a complete advocate of Serious Games and spent time convincing prospective customers of the promise of immersive learning simulations.

I now run a niche Training & Development events business (www.iventiv.eu) for Director level T&D executives, through which I create discussion groups, forums and tutorials around T&D. iVentiv also creates specialist Learning Technologies events, within which Serious Games can be introduced to senior T&D practitioners.

About Me:

I am CEO and founder of iVentiv, with a successful background in sales, marketing and business progression. I possess a wide-ranging knowledge within the Training and Development arena, having experience working with multinational clients and also on small bespoke projects. My main interest is in making connections and bringing people together to formulate mutual development opportunities.
