Is there a way to keep it in tact as you groom responses? Does the groomed "muscle memory" prevent real growth at middle or later career ages? It is an obvious shortcut at early ages (a pseudo springboard). There are issues of humanity that managers spend 90% of the time. Is there an internal bridge capability? There's more, but I'll take a breath here. Thank you again. I'm enjoying the homework.

I am a serious games product manager working at IBM specifically focusing on corporate games for use in Marketing, Extending Brand Reach and Point of Sale.

About Me:

Currently working at IBM as their Serious Games product manager developing a series of games for corporate training, point of sale, and extending brand reach. My first 3D serious game for public use that I helped produce is Innov8- a BPM simulation tool built on the Vicious Cycle engine.

I have been an entrepreneur for 10 years first with Atlantis Internet Technologies, an IBM business partner focusing on WebSphere technologies and then with WomenGamers.Com. WomenGamers.Com is a C corp started 7 years ago with my sister and is now one of the largest women's gaming portals on the Internet.
